What is our product development team up to?
The ‘part wizards’ team and I are diligently working through the parts pipeline! I’m thrilled that this development has been met with a lot of interest and I am eager to transform Sherlock’s Global Parts Library into a source of reliable parts information, well-aligned with our users’ needs.
Incidentally, Sherlock v.5.2 was recently released – I hope our Sherlock community is exploring this new version and its key features (especially the impressive Semiconductor Wearout module).
Even though v.5.2 was distributed a couple of weeks ago, we are assiduously working on functionalities that will be released in the (very) near future. Besides advancements in the realms of Temperature-based FEA and Thermal Mechanical Analyses, we are putting the finishing touches on our improved QFN model and are addressing quite a few requests from our Sherlock discussions earlier this year (how exciting!).
As always, if you have any questions about these developments, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
p.s. this month’s Sherlock Survey is active. As usual, when you complete the survey, you will be entered to win a $50 Amazon gift card -- looking forward to your responses!
