What happened was that your mesh properties were set to ignore the smaller parts. You can choose the smallest component size that needs to be ignores in the 3D mesh. Results will still be calculated for this part based on the strain on the board, but the 3D FEA will run without that part.

Right click> Edit Properties

Set: “Min Part Size”
[attachment=3]EditProperties.png[/attachment]

Here are some examples:
Min Part Size = 0.01mm

Min Part Size = 5mm
[attachment=1]MinPartSize5mm.png[/attachment]
Min Part Size = 10mm
[attachment=0]MinPartSize10mm.png[/attachment]
