Units in material manager

In the material manager there are listed the properties to be changed.
There are no units mentioned. Only from the numbers it is possible to guess the units. That could be wrong if you use not common materials.
My proposal is: add the units in the editing window.

Thanks for your suggestion -- currently, we are aware of this issue and are working on it!

For future reference, all units are metric in Sherlock, unless stated otherwise. For practical purposes, length is given in mm and density is incorporated as tonnes/m^3.

Hello Natalie,

I was wondering what the units are for Elastic Modulus in the Material Manager
is it kPa?

Hi RJ,

The Elastic Moduli are in MPa. In the Material Manager, if you go to the 'Help' menu and select 'Sherlock Material Manager', a Materials Management User Guide should open. Page 3/6 gives some useful information about the material properties' units. Let me know if you have any other questions -- I'd be glad to help!
