What is the algorithm(s) Sherlock uses to determine a part's CTe? What packaging information must I input to get a good CTe?

Hi,

Thanks for your question. Sherlock implements a volumetric method that incorporates the package, overmold, and die CTE information to determine the part's CTE. Would you be able to provide a bit more detail about what you mean by 'good CTE'?
