May I know why there is a poor display (resolution) of copper layer from most of the odb file? But, a very good resolution image when using a Gerber viewer software.

This is due to Sherlock's image conversion process. The copper layer display is purely for visualization purposes and does not affect any of Sherlock's analyses.

Let me know if this makes sense!

Thanks for the reply.
If for the CAF analysis, then no. Usually, we need to use additional Gerber viewer to check if the via-hole-pair belong to the same signal or not because of the poor display in Sherlock.
